The Most Important Thing About Empowered Elixir Isn't an Ingredient

It's easy to assume the most important part of an energy drink is what's inside the can.

The Organic Green Bean Caffeine.

The Organic L-theanine.

The Organic KSM-66 Ashwagandha.

The Himalayan Pink Salt.

Those things matter.

We spent years refining them.

But they're not the part I'm most proud of.

The part I'm most proud of...

Most people will never notice.

Years ago, while I was in law school, I climbed into the back of a taxi.

It had been one of those days.

The kind where you're exhausted.

Questioning yourself.

Wondering if you're enough.

Then I noticed something.

There was a single empowering message printed on the back of the seat in front of me.

I don't remember why it hit me so deeply.

I just remember sitting there...

Reading it.

Reading it again.

And crying.

One sentence.

From a complete stranger.

At exactly the moment I needed it.

That moment stayed with me.

Years later, while creating Empowered Elixir, I kept thinking about that taxi ride.

I wondered...

What if a can could do the same thing?

What if someone was having the worst day of their week...

The worst day of their year...

Or maybe even the worst day of their life...

And they happened to notice one small message.

Just a few words.

Not asking them for anything.

Just reminding them of something they may have forgotten about themselves.

That they're stronger than they think.

That tomorrow is worth showing up for.

That maybe...

Just maybe...

Everything is going to be okay.

So we started hiding little reminders throughout Empowered Elixir.

On our cans.

On our packaging.

In places most people won't notice right away.

Little Easter eggs.

Not because they're a marketing gimmick.

Because sometimes the smallest messages arrive at the biggest moments.

You won't find a list of them here.

They're meant to be discovered.

Like finding twenty dollars in an old jacket.

Unexpected.

Personal.

Yours.

You'll even notice that every can says:

That wasn't an accident.

We could have written almost anything there.

Instead, we wanted every can to leave our hands carrying the same intention with which it was created.

Because behind every formulation...

Every design decision...

Every late night...

Every setback...

Was one simple hope.

That this little can might help someone believe in themselves just a little more than they did five minutes ago.

Maybe you'll notice one of those hidden reminders on exactly the day you need it.

Maybe you'll smile.

Maybe you'll keep walking.

Just like that message in the back of a taxi stayed with me.
