As a skydiver, I know this feeling well—the rush after the jump is indescribable. That split second when you’re soaring through the air, feeling weightless and free, is more than just thrilling. It’s uplifting, empowering and makes you believe you can conquer anything.
Once I experienced that feeling, I craved it in every part of my life. Whether I was crushing a workout, studying or even just handling the day-to-day grind, I wanted that same effervescent, “I’ve got this” energy, not just in the air, but on the ground too.
