Steps to Returning or Exchanging Your Purchase

We want you to be happy with your purchase and strive to make returns and exchanges as quick and easy as possible for you. If you purchased a product on empoweredelixir.com, please refer to the following guidelines.

  • To return/exchange items, contact customerservice@empoweredelixir.com with your name, order number, and reason for your return/exchange.
  • Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your return/exchange.
  • Once your returned items are received, your new order will ship out within 2-3 days of our receipt (this applies only to items in stock).
  • What to include in your package:
    • Your name, order number and reason for return/exchange
    • The original receipt and/or proof of purchase

Refund Policy

  • Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website or from one of our pick-up locations.
  • If purchased from a third-party vendor, please refer to their return and exchange policy.
  • Items to be returned must be postmarked and sent back within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any product received after 30 days.
  • Your product must be in its original, unused and unopened condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • You are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
  • If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.
  • Most credits are applied within five (5) business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
  • Please email info@empoweredelixir.com to initiate a request for a refund.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited.

Shipping Information

  • We are currently only accepting orders in the State of California (February 2022). 
  • We will update these Terms of Service as products become available in additional state jurisdictions. 
  • International and Canadian orders are not permitted via the Site.
  • We ship most orders within three (3) business days after the order has been placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. We endeavor to notify Customers if products are backordered. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day. You’re Beautiful The Label USA LLC (“YBTL”) does not ship during holidays.
  • YBTL is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. You are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.
  • When you place an order with YBTL, your order will be shipped to the address in the United States (currently exclusively in the State of California) that you designate, provided that address is not a P.O. Box. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). If you enter an incorrect shipping address or a P.O. Box, YBTL is not responsible for you not receiving the shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • YBTL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. YBTL suggests that you take pictures of the damaged packaging and/or product to include as part of your claim filed with the shipment carrier.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Promotions and coupon codes are valid for a limited time. EMPOWERED ELIXIR reserves the right to cancel, suspend or decline promotions at our discretion. Coupon codes cannot be combined and only one code is allowed per transaction. Limited-time promotions may have terms that fall outside of these stated terms. ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Please email customerservice@empoweredelixir.com within 3 hours after placing your order if you need to change or cancel for any reason. Any cancellations or modifications received more than 3 hours after the initial request will not be applied.
