Steps to Return or Exchange Your Purchase
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and aim to make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible. If you bought a product on empoweredelixir.com, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
- Processing Time: Allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.
- Shipping New Orders: Once we receive your returned items, your new order will ship within 2-3 days, provided the items are in stock.
What to Include in Your Package:
- Your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange
- The original receipt and/or proof of purchase
Refund Policy
- This policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website or our pick-up locations.
- For items bought from third-party vendors, please refer to their return and exchange policy.
- Items must be postmarked and sent back within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept products returned after 30 days.
- Products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- You are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
- If our warehouse cannot accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.
- Credits are usually applied within five business days of receiving the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
To initiate a refund request, email [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been credited.
Shipping Information
- Currently, we accept orders only within California (as of February 2022). We will update these terms as products become available in additional states.
- International and Canadian orders are not permitted through our site.
- Most orders ship within three business days after being placed, Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. We will notify customers if products are backordered. We do not ship on holidays.
- YBTL is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. You are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.
- Orders are shipped to addresses within the United States (currently only in California). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- YBTL is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
YBTL is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process. Taking pictures of the damaged packaging and/or product is recommended.
Discounts & Promotions
- Promotions and coupon codes are valid for a limited time. EMPOWERED ELIXIR reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or decline promotions at our discretion.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined, and only one code is allowed per transaction.

Order Changes / Cancellations
To change or cancel your order, email [email protected] within 3 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this period will not be applied.
